Neurodiversity Support

Neurodivergent individuals experience the world in beautifully unique ways—but navigating a world designed for neurotypical brains can bring challenges, misunderstandings, and deep fatigue.

Whether you’ve recently been diagnosed, suspect you may be neurodivergent, or are supporting a loved one who is, Jacqui Hackett offers informed, affirming, and practical support tailored to the needs of both teens and adults.

Jacqui’s neurodiversity-affirming approach centres on self-understanding, acceptance, and empowerment—so that neurodivergent clients and families can thrive, not just cope.

ADHD & Autism Coaching

Living with ADHD or autism often comes with incredible strengths—and very real struggles. Jacqui provides 1:1 coaching for teens and adults to help with time management, executive function, emotional regulation, sensory overwhelm, social dynamics, and more. Coaching is strengths-based and collaborative, helping you build strategies that actually work for your brain, not against it.

Relationship Challenges

Relationships involving neurodivergent individuals—whether romantic, familial, or professional—often face miscommunications and unmet needs. Jacqui helps couples and individuals better understand the different ways neurodiverse brains connect, process emotions, and interpret social cues. This work fosters empathy, reduces conflict, and builds bridges toward more respectful and fulfilling relationships.

Parenting Neurodivergent Children

Parenting a neurodivergent child can be both rewarding and overwhelming. Jacqui supports parents in understanding their child’s unique needs, interpreting behaviours with compassion, and building supportive environments at home and school. You’ll also explore how to advocate for your child while preserving your own wellbeing as a parent.

Masking & Burnout

Many neurodivergent individuals learn to “mask”—to hide their true behaviours and needs in order to fit in. Over time, this can lead to exhaustion, anxiety, and burnout. Jacqui offers a safe, validating space to explore your authentic self, unlearn harmful coping mechanisms, and begin the process of self-reclamation and rest.

Neurodivergence is not something to fix—it’s something to understand and embrace. With warmth, lived experience, and clinical insight, Jacqui Hackett walks alongside you on your journey toward authenticity, connection, and mental wellbeing.
